A great early painting by Andrew Macara.Andrew Macara a mainly, self-taught artist has lived in Derby most of his life finding inspiration from the activities in the local parks during both summer and winter. Having travelled to Thailand, Spain and France recently the artist has found himself excited by the special light there and observing children at play, has captured new images on canvas. Andrew Macara was elected a member of The Royal Society of British Artists in 1981 and The New English Art Club in 1984.
